As a research platform, our technology offers a single source of intelligence on unlisted companies. We leverage our proprietary technology bringing data from several sources. The original objective of PrivateCircle was to bring together investors and companies for growth opportunities. It all started with PrivateCircle Research, a trusted and comprehensive data platform, sold as a self-service SaaS on subscription, now live with 200+ customers. PrivateCircle Research is India’s leading private unlisted market intelligence platform. The product benefits top VC/PEs, Banks, Investors, and Companies. It brings data about companies from more than 20 sources. The data is completely cross-referenced to research every material event, data point, and history of any private company in India.
Further, we inaugurated our new product PrivateCircle Connect, a sophisticated business development platform for companies to grow their business. Connect solves for reaching out to the right people through the righteous medium of their choice, sold as a self-service SaaS on subscription, currently live with 10+ customers. PrivateCircle Connect enables sales and business development teams to exact people for doing business based on intelligence about the company. PrivateCircle Markets marks our entry into the private investments space, matching capital with opportunities powered by our intelligence. We are actively onboarding companies and investors and are now live within a trusted transaction network for investors and companies.

Rebranding Of PrivateCircle

The bold typeface in PrivateCircle portrays our ambition to be a reliable and trusted long-term player in the private market. The squarish shape of the logo indicates a sense of stability, boldness, and our commitment to being thorough professionals in whatever we do.
The new logo also features a clever placement of a circle. It indicates the sense of connection between opportunities and people, powering a perpetual growth cycle. It also conveys our history as a tech company, born in the digital era, where everything is connected. The circle connecting the ‘i to v’ represents the trusted community of right people rooting for each other’s success and an ongoing commitment to the relationship built with our platforms.
All three product logos, Research, Connect, or Markets, imbibe the same mission as the parent brand and yet allow their unique positioning. Blue color conveys our values of trust and integrity, both with our data and services, giving users the confidence to rely on our deep intelligence. The dark blue evokes a visual weight to the brand and provides a sincere tone to the branding language. And orange invites the attention of viewers, which contrasts with the blue hues.
The brand font is Open Sans which offers a neutral yet friendly feel to the audience browsing the website and pages.
